Motor for 67

Hey guys!! I haven't been on in a while, been busy with other things.

So the 67 is going on the front burner, kind of. We have a 65 C60 with a 327 in it, and that's about the only good thing about that truck. I want to rebuild that motor and put it in the 67 C20. I would like to get 275-300 HP out of it. I would probably have the machine shop assemble the short block, as I have very little experience, and would rather have them deal with making sure the tolerances and everything is correct. What parts (heads, cam, intake, etc.) would you recommend? I'd like to keep it under $2500-3000, as well. Will Vortec heads fit? Also, was a 4 bolt main engine offered in heavy trucks, or were they all 2 bolt mains?
