trim on door panel question?

I took the door panel off to start replacing all the weatherstripping and I noticed the only thing holding the aluminum trim panel are the screws for the door strap, and the little plastic stubs w/ the nuts are broken on the back of it, so I was wondering what you guys would use to glue it down? I really don't wanna replace them b/c they are still in good condition.... any help would be appreciated.
