another new guy from illinois

Hey there. I am the new guy. I am from central illinois, and just purchased a 65 c/10 longbed. it is an 80000 original miles with very little rust. it has a 6 cyl ( not sure what size it is) with a 3 on the tree. truck was tore apart 5 years ago for a rebuild, had new rockers and cab corners installed, but thats as far as it got. I am going to just put it back together to drive, and slowly fix it up as I drive it. future plans are a t5 swap and a throttl body unit on the 6 cyl. something that should get decent milage and is easy for my wife to drive. the plans for the body is to restore it the factory gold with white trim and steel wheels with hubcaps. I want a bone stock look. will be posting pics as the build goes, hope you enjoy!
