Brand new and never installed, polished aluminium billet air cleaner and K & N performance air filter. Air cleaner assembly was manufactured by Flaming Engraving. It is a 15" X 8" oval shaped design with a crossed-flag design engraved on top. Fits most all Holley, Edelbrock, Demon, etc. carbs with 5 1/8" neck. Filter is a K & N performance filter, with a 1 million mile warranty. This is a well over a $125 value in catalogs like Jegs or Summit and that's about what I spent.
