Disc Brake/ Split rim wheel conversion-how?

How do I do a disk brake conversion on a 1961 c-30 1 ton dually? I would even change the entire front crossmember if the 73-87 model would fit...anyone know? Also, does anyone know the bolt pattern for these old wheels and what year wheels interchange. I am 40 miles away from where my truck sits. I would love to keep the original 20 inch split rims but cannot find anyone to convert them to 1 piece tubless style wheel. Thanks for the help!
