camaro spindles / suspencion

Well i'll see if any one has a awnser or oppnion, parting out my 81 camaro, Bought a 66 chevy 1/2 ton
Goal is 5 lug swap with disc brakes
mesured the camaro spindels and they apear to be dimencialy the same,

?1. ball joint size and taper will they match , could i reem to match

?2. rear axle looks to be about 7in narrower saw someone else used 1
therory is full matching brake system with 5 lug that i have wheels and tire for

yes i know just cause i have it does not mean i have to use it just want to know if it is possable or been donw be for. will post pics for the new family member and siblings when i get her home
