Jeff, I'm assuming just about any fuel tank that is commonly available will fit with this hitch. It appears there is no part of the hitch that is inboard of the frame in a direction that would interfere with the typical blazer tank or between teh rail tank. Can you give us any details on the tank in the pic? Thanks Jason
