Question Dana 60 rear

I got a Dana 60 rear out of a Longhorn that was being parted. It has 3.54 gears in it.
What I need to know is will the rear end bolt into my 72 K-10 SWB? Are the perches the same width across? The Longhorn was a 71 or 72, with the 402....I still dont know why the guy parted it out...but I got the front clip and the rear for $500....probably a little high, but what the hay...
I'd just measure it myself, but I'm aboard ship right now....and I didn't even think about the perch width until I read another post in this forum....Ideas? Thanks...
