Question Tilt steering rebuild available parts

Help,

I'm getting ready to re-assemble my truck and I noticed that my tilt steering column has a worn out shift pin hole for the shift lever. What are my options? Does someone make a new collar? I have thought of using adhesive or drilling larger and bushing it. I'm guessing this is a common wear item. What have others done? Anyone else fix this problem with success?
