On my 4th MAP sensor

the MAP sensor in my 87 Chevy 350 TBI keeps going bad. I have checked for vacuum leaks and everything is fine. Checked the voltage at the sensor and with just the key on it reads about 4.69. Using a vacuum gage the voltage drops about 1 volt for every 5 psi. I installed a clear hose from the TBI to the MAP sensor and I have noticed fuel in the line. Not vapors but actual fuel that is sloshing around. I'm thinking that is not normal and could be causing my sensor to keep going bad. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks.
