Rear window swap And front window seal

Okay already have a solid rear window i want to put in... And i have a used rear window seal... and have a few questions on that...

First off how do i get the window out... i was told its as simple as pushing it out... But i can tell you its not that simple from me siting out there trying looking dumb lol...

Second should i get a new seal or will a old one work? I am going from sliding to solid....

Last question is on the front window... My drip rails have a leak and i am going to be re sealing them... but the water got in between the window and the seal and rotted some of it out.. So i am going to get a new seal what all will i need to do and how do i do a front window? I have never done it before and dont want to mess anything up.

Thanks!
