does this sound like a good setup (motor)

just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for me, if anything doesn't sound like it goes well with the rest of the stuff, im not real thrilled with my E.T. from this weekend. okay here goes. block is a 400 bored .030 over, stock crank internally balanced, 5.7 rods with speedpro pistons making 11.5:1 comp. dart iron eagle heads with 215cc intake runners and 2.05, 1.60 valves. crower hydraulic cam with specs of 302 duration, 565 lift after calculating in the 1.6 roller rockers. intake is a victor jr. with a 2 inch 4 hole spacer. a 750 holley vacum secondary, hooker super comps, a mallory unilite and an msd 6al. i know it was the first time out but it only went 13.2 at 101 mph. does this sound right, it this all i can expect???? any help will be greatly appreciated, im no race engine builder.
