Ok, so I mustered up the courage to hack up my door. Did alot of searching and reading of different threads. Bought the panels from Classic Parts, but the actual panel had a Counterparts sticker and Made in the USA!

So I go to line up the panel, and I see this:

The panel doesn't even line up, NOT EVEN CLOSE!

So I've decided to put back the panel that I removed and just cut out the bad parts and replace them with parts that I will cut out from the new panel.
