bummer on my front end swap. need ideas

well i was going to swap my 86 front end back to the 73 front since i like it so much. but i went to take it all apart and get ready to start painting everything thats going under the hood and found out that the front end is almost all bondo and the hood has been repaired where they all flex. i fgured to swap it since i had everything, but im not tryna spend alot of money, just tryna have a nice looking truck. any good ideas for the 86 front clip? i was thinkin to paint a new palin front bumper and a phantom grille but everyone does this. what do you think?
