edelbrock 1903, 795 cfm carb

well first off is this carb way to big for a stock 76 350? the PO put it on and im either goign to replace it or try to hook it up

also it is a hot air choke style, how would i hook that up on a stock 76 blazer with the 350?

i have more questions but we'll start there
