booster & transmession vacuum locations

On the original engine, the brake booster vacuum location came off of the large port on the back of the carb while the transmission vacuum came off of a port in the manifold. The new intake (brodix) does not have a vacuum port. Can the brake booster and transmission share a port from the back of the carb? Notice that this port is manifold vacuum.
