72 CHEYENNE SUPER 4X4 - rare combo of options?

Hey guys, was just wondering about a truck I brought back from TX last year. It was used on a farm all it's life - so it's a little rough (but unmolested) & I bought it because of it's options. So, I took a pic today of the option sheet ( SPID ) to ask you guys if it is a unusual combo of options. Maybe it's not as odd as I think. Thanks for your input!
