how do i get these connections off?

For sending unit and pump it is neccesary to install a AC Delco EP 241 electric fuel pump into the tank. The driver side tank used a GM 25090846 sending unit and the passenger side uses a GM 25090837. depending on what tank you decide to use. Good luck
