Transmission choice
I 'm trying to decide whether to rebuild my original tranny or bite the bullet and pay for a 700R. Originaly I was going to opt for the 700R but after pricing a few verses the cost of rebuilding the one I got it's becoming a tough decision. First of all money IS a concern but the biggest concern is which drivetrain will I be happy with for the price. I'm looking to drop in a crate 350 and change the rearend to a 3:42. I know the 700R has the overdrive but other than fuel ecnomy which setup would give me the most bang for the buck. My build thread is:
