Throwing PS belt.

Well guys, some of you might remember I had issues with my alternator belt coming off but I fixed that with an aftermarket bracket. I also fixed the gas and installed my stall converter. Everything was running fine. But now all of a sudden I've started throwing my pw steering belt............

I don't get it. I've never had that problem. And so far it only happens when I'm rolling and turn it until it locks (stops). When I started it in the garage I turned it back and forth right to left (lock to lock) and nothing happens. Yet I drove it down the road went to turn around and the dang thing chirped and the belt came off. I can't figure it out. When I have my son turn the wheel so I can see why it's doing it the dang thing wont throw it.

What do you thing?
