Lightbulb SBC 454 (no no big block)

Has anyone every built one of these?

I know that World Products makes these as a complete engine, but wondering if someone has every made one from one from scratch?

Just wondering if one of these can be built cheaper than what World Products is selling their complete turn-key engines for?
