Posts: 394	when using a 700r4 trans do i need adapter on speedo cable? my 71 GMC has a 700r4 trans. the speedometer that was on the truck originally will not screw into the 700r4. the truc originally had a TH400 in it. do i need a new aftermarket cable or some kind of adapter on the cable to fit in the trans? thanks
