If I was building a show perfect truck I would want to take the lean out... but just as a daily driver I don't see any reason to mess with it... especially if most other square bodies have it.
Does the front and back lean the same amount? The frame could be tweaked in one area and if only the front (or back) is leaning only way to fix it maybe by a frame shop. Offtopic... what kind of CB do you run?
