4 speed tilt steering column

i know of a place in my city that has a few factory 4 speed tilt columns.i would like to get one for when i convert to a floor shift in ol red.the guy offered to sell me one for 175 he will pull it out and it does include keys and whatever steering wheel is on the column at the time.i know there rare but is that too much to ask for it.ive seen the guy's inventory and there all intact and in vehicles none of the column's are broken.he also has automatic tilt column's for 125 and non-tilt column's for 100 dollars.im not selling any of these personally and im not going to provide the seller's information so it doesnt look like i am im just making sure that he isnt charging more than these parts are worth.also will a 4 spd tilt column bolt directly in place of a 3ott column.
