What is the right instant center ??

Hello

i am also not sure about the right instant center....

According to all the stuff here on the net......

the lower bars of a triangulated 4link kit should be parallel to the ground at ride height....

pls let me know where i should determine the instant center.....so i can check out the angle of the upper bars ....

IS it really necessary to have the lower bars parallel to the ground
or is the right instant center even more important ???

Thanks for ur help and sorry for my poor english ..i am from Germany
