suspension adjustments

So I have a couple of 97's and a 2000 GMC. The front tires of the 97 & 2000 4wd seem to be cupped in at the bottom and are wearing more on the outside edges. Toe in is fine. It's the camber that seems to be off a bit. They drive great. It's just the tire wear. Yes they are inflated properly and no loose components in the suspension. Can a guy buy just the adjustment eccentrics at a parts store and get er close himself? How are they sold, in specific degrees? The 4wd have the same knockout setup as the 2wd?
The alignment shops charge a good penny for knockouts and bolt kits. I'd like to do this myself.
Once the knockouts are out it's just a matter of changing the eccentric to get the right setting? Same deal on the 2000?
