C-Notch Details

This is the deal guys...

I lowered my 77LWB. Front is running 2.5 drop spindles with 3inch lowering springs and the rear has a flipkit. I'm looking at a 5.5/5 drop. Not too easy on the eyes. I want to get the rear another 2 inches down. I already have the shackels that will give me those 2inches I'm looking for but unfortunately as of now I only have a 2inch clearence between my frame and rear diff. Having said that time for the c-notch.

I tried searching the threads for some extensive info, without luck. My question is how do I cut the frame for a bolt in c-notch? I don't feel like paying a shop 300 bucks to get it done. If someone has details for me (what's the best way, tool to cut the frame with? What's the best way to drill the holes into the frame for the bolts on the c-notch?) Please chime in.

.02 greatly appreciated.
