Suicide Doors - 3 Weeks and Still No Parts...

Basic rundown - I ordered parts on 3/9/2010. None of the parts were special order or indicated to be on backorder. After seeing no activity on Wednesday, I called trying to get an idea of when they would be shipped. They told me it would take a couple of days for the bar ends and frame hangars to be built.

On Monday March 15th, I sent an email to Ricky wanting to know the status. His reply via email:

That was typed on thursday & didn't go out to warehouse to be put on the to build list unitl friday. It'll be a few days before it leaves. The side frame hangers & adj bar ends have to built.

I wait a few days and still no tracking number. I call Ricky and he states it will be the middle of next week.

Last Wednesday, I still have no tracking number. So I call and speak with Matt. He tells me his machine shop is running two weeks behind, so, with the fact they didn't get the order in the shop until Thursday, it should go out Friday the 26th or Monday the 29th at the latest.

So, tomorrow will be three weeks since I placed the order and I still do not have the parts I ordered and I've been given three different targets for when they would be shipped.
