Upper A arm Questions.... Need Help!!

I am re-assembling my 71 C10 and have run into a problem. The main problem is that I have a truck that some one else took apart and did not organize or keep track of things well.

Heres my problem, I will try to explain it. On the front end where the upper A arms, cross shaft mounts to the frame. There are 2 studs that go thru the frame and cross member and the cross shaft mounts to it, where the shims go. I have a box of washers but they do not appear to be the correct ones, can anyone tell me what type of washers are correct to go with the shims between the cross shafts and frame??
