Upper/Lower control bushings, 69 C10
Replacing these on my truck, when I torque them up I'm concerned about over tightening. Shop manual says 95ft/lbs upper and 135 ft/lbs lower. I'm unable to turn the shafts on the lower ones, I can with a large wrench on the uppers. Is this normal? All stock replacement parts.
