Dually question
I've been doing some work on my new dually and found a few unexpected things. This truck was originally a grain truck and and the first 30k of it's life it hauled at or over GVW. Because of this the pads for the overloads are worn out. They are like really big heavy angle brackets. I'm thinking of just hacking off what's left of the pad, shaping and welding on some new ones. Have any of the dually guys come across this and done it or seen the result of it being done. Perhaps somebody knows of something newer that crosses up for a replacement.
