Been working on my dually, What do you think?

Well i have been working on my dually, got it about a month ago, im just trying to get it running and to pass inspection, and look good, not show good but just a good driver, im on a low budget what should i do next?
heres some of the things ive had done

Rebuilt carburetor
rewired most of the truck, changed most wiring
Got ac working
replaced door locks as i didnt have a key
got a tune up
replaced fuel filters
clean gas tanks
painted the rims
painted the grille

next I will be doing shortly
some of the problems are
figure out where the power steering is leaking from
exhaust manifold has a leak, im thinking its bended and it wont create a seal
A/c air coming from the bottom of the dash, not the top or front
broken dually fender, get it patched or replace?

Any assistance with the problems would be appreciated,
