Anyone done this to a suburban?

I've always liked these model years suburban, hope to have one someday.
But I've always thought the taillights were an after thought.

Has anyone ever grafted the taillights off a pickup onto a suburban? It would be some work molding body lines around and across the doors...but man it would look so cool I think.

Any suburbans come with flip down tailgate or were they all clamshell type doors? Kind of like a blazer rearend.

Thanks.
