I would like your opinion of a gas tank I had made!

I had a gas tank made for my LS swap in my Jimmy. The builder says that the filler neck is welded from below.

I agree it is or would fall out. It sure looks like it was prepped for welding and think it would look better finished/welded on top.

So whats your opinion?
