Things are just NOT lining up...

I just finished up my front suspension rebuild and things are just not lining up. The passenger side wheel seems like it's 1.25" further in than my driver side. So, I measured from a plumb line on the outside of the fender to the rotor and it's 10" on the passenger side and it's 8.75" on the driver side (all measurements were taken with the truck on stands and no weight on it).

I don't know which side is off, but if I'm standing behind the truck about 30 ft or so and I'm looking at the back of the truck the passenger side seems a little normal and lined up with the rear wheels. And the driver side seems to not line up the same as the rear.

Also, the passenger side seems to be about an inch lower than the driver side. When I removed the stock spring, I noticed it had a spacer on it so it may just be the spring.

Any ideas what any of this could be?
