'70 C10 Burning Brakes

So it was nice and sunny today and my brake light came on Thurs so I decided to bleed the brakes. After I was finished the light was gone and I had a real firm peddle but when I took it for a drive it had a real bad burning brake smell and I could tell the truck was dragging. I swapped out the drums for discs last year and have driven it all winter with no problems. Any ideas?
