rusty gas tank liner or cleaner

I have a question that isnt truck related but may be of some use to someone with the same issue on truck. I have a 46 minneapolis moline tractor and the tank had lots of condensation get in it and rusted the inside pretty good. I put stones in it and rolled it around and vaccumed it all out but I am still getting rust in my fuel line and filter and plugging it up. My question is what have you guys used to line tanks to seal em up and or cover over crud on the inside? If it was a vehicle I would opt for a new tank but that really isnt an option here for me. I know people have used this kind of stuff on vehicle tanks but I never have and only want to do it once. Let me hear your ideas or recommendations. I have been fighting this problem for over a year.Thanks.
