Oil Pan Leak 68 Chevrolet

I have developed an oil leak at the plug on the oil pan of my 350 engine. I tried replacing the plastic washer/gasket that was on the plug, then I replaced the plug with a new one along with a fiber type gasket/washer, it seem to help some, but I still have a leak. Any ideas short of replacing the oil pan? Even a short term fix until the budget allows an oil pan change, I just don't have the talent or facilities to pull the transmission to change the oil pan.
