to build or to part?????

ok, so i have been gathering parts forever for my 67 project and recently i have really started to change directions in life. currently im working as an automotive restorer for a private car collection in southern kansas city and i have all the tools and skills to build a great truck, but after 7 years in this field i have decided its just not something i want to do full time. i have decided to go back to school to become a pharmacist and i start in mid aug. so the question is should i put in the hours to finish up the truck enough to sell it as a running driving truck or part it out. im not very good at the whole parting it out think i have tried it before and the shipping just ends up being a big time stealer. what do you think?? the truck would be a 67 shortebed with a 415 ci small block 18's and 20's and dropped pretty low but still drivable. so sell it or part it, which would make more money?? would the work be worth extra money if any was made or would the parting it out make more and the time waiting for tire kickers to buy it be a waste? thanks in advance.
chris
