Unhappy Gas Tank Filler Neck / Housing

Anyone know where I might find a better looking gas tank filler neck and housing (maybe chrome) for a rear gas tank?

Obviously this is probably not the standard way to go, and I really don't like the fact the previous owner cut a hole into the body to put this in.

Looks like it measures about 9X9".

I talked to a body shop and he said he could weld it up for about 6 hrs labor X52$ an hour and primer it up for me.

I would need to relocate this though before then. I would ideally like to put it underneath the bed with the filler neck housing flush with the bed floor, and find some kind of racing fuel cell (which I have yet to find one that would be good for this).

Anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks for the help as always.
