Back to the 1987

Well,

I kind of put this truck on hold after losing my son in a car accident on Halloween. Now I've started working on it again.

How to begin. Let's see. I've changed almost every sensor on this engine and have it running o.k.. It still hesitates a little, more so when it's warmed up. But the main issue is when coming to a stop sign it will sometimes die and will not restart. Really troublesome but I found, not sure how, that when I unhook the battery for 10 seconds and then reconnect, it will start right up. It seems to me for whatever reasons the computer is not letting the fuel pump run and when it's reset, it works fine.

Any direction?
