Update on the 66 SuperPro project
Fortunately things have been busy at work, so about all I've managed to accomplish is getting the headers coated and back here to put on..
They came out really nice. 1-7/8" primaries 38" long, 52" to the back of the slip collector puts the 4" to 3" reducer right at the back of the trans cross member. Plenty of room for the mufflers and turn outs New plumbing is almost done, changed gear in the centersection to a 4.71 so to not beat up on this motor too much. With a 33" tire it ought to trap 6650 if everything works as 'expected' and was dead on the HP peak on the dyno. One thing I have managed to accomplish,, I've made a hell of a mess out of the shop! With Firebird not finished with track repairs there's no race this weekend,, wife is gone to SoCal for a visit, MAYBE I'll make some progress. If nothing else just clean up this mess!

I just did my taxes and reviewed my SS statement. Thanks to the current administration it looks like I will only have to work till noon on the day of my funeral.
