Help: Upper and lower a-arm and spring removal

hey all....trying to get the front suspension components off to clean, derust, paint and install new springs....

i got the tie rod removed and the adjusting nut (had to split it) off the ball joint that connects the upper a-arm to the spindle but I cant, for the life of me, get the ball joint bolt to come loose from the spindle...

Ive tried tons of PB blast, banging the s@#t out of it with a hammer, a crow bar and even tried to get my small jack in between the upper and lower a-arms to pop the bolt out...and nothing.....WTF!?

besides cutting....anyone got any ideas?

(i have pictures but i cant upload them yet cause im not on my computer)
