Question Stuck float?

I've got a 72' GMC Truck I'm working on with the standard Edelbrock carb on it. I think the float is stuck, but I'm not sure. I know where to look for fuel dumping out on a Holley, but my Edelbrock experience is very(very) limited. When a float sticks on an Edelbrock and the needle stays open, where does it dump fuel? Also how do you free the float? Thanks for the info.
