Got a motor...this is gonna be tough...

Found a motor on Craiglist. 2006 chevy silverado. 86,000 kms (so he says). Bought it. Boy does this thing look complicated. Anyone running this motor with an airbag suspension setup?

Complete Gen III Vortec motor from a 2006 Silverado. Same as a LS motor but less money. Comes complete with harness, ECU, TAC Module, Throttle Pedal (It's a drive by wire engine) and exhaust manifolds.

This motor is the same design as all the LS motors but with the truck intake (give more torque). Comes with around 300 hp, do a LS1 intake, cam and headers and you can take it to 400+ HP, it has been proven lots over the years.

Advantage to the truck motors is they are a cast block so if you want to bore them out they can take 60 thou unlike the aluminum LS blocks because of their thin wall cylinders.

With the right bellhousing you can bolt up any GM transmission to this motor, great for any hot rod or muscle car build.
