If your yard looks like ass, then your neighbors have the right to complain. Yes the state your yard is in does effect them if and when they go to sell their home. Who wants to live next to a trash heap? I don't, and I won't. Trucks in the driveway is no ones business but yours, but trucks all over your yard is everyones.
