Pics of NAPCO running gear. These are from a 65 1-ton but Bruce's truck is similar.

Front axle:

Passenger side steering knuckle:

"NAPCO" cast into driver side axle tube, hard to see on this one, it's had a rough life:

Front axle center section from the rear, it has a pinion load bolt:

Spicer 23 Transfer case tag, Bruce's may be a Rockwell married to the SM-420?:
