I heard the backplate clank on the inside of the door( I had no idea the mirrors had a backplate) i sanded and primed the spot where the mirrors were. Removed the door panels and recovered the backplates. First time taking off the door panels, Pretty neat experience. __________________ 1969 C10 stepside 1973 Cheyenne Blazer
