Some sort of bolt sleeve??

I was wondering if anyone has addressed this issue. I'm mocking up the rear bags with stock trailing arms on my '68. The long bolt that goes through the trailing arm is too small for the hole in the hole in the trailing arm. I've been looking for some sort of sleeve or something to go around the bolt to make it fit tighter, but haven't found anything. Anyone done something about this or do you just pull it down tight and not worry about it.
