New to 67-72 trucks!

Hello,
I recently got a 1971 Custom 20 4x4. It has the original 350, 4spd. w/ granny low, and optional Posi-traction. It has 100,000 original miles. It has a considerable amount of rust, but what 39 year old Iowa farm truck doesn't?

Anyway, on to my question: This truck still has the original split rim wheels. I am wanting to get rid of these as soon as possible. I want to know if 8 lug wheels off of a '88-98 C/K 2500 will fit on my '71. If not, what wheels would fit that I could get all 4 of them for under $100? Thanks!
